TRADITION & QUALITY

An ode to the richness of the Region: to its flavours and scents. Starting from the history of Portonovo Bay, where farmers turned into fishermen, the Restaurant proposes a traditional, authentic menu. Recipes telling about older times and yet more contemporary than ever. The main character is the Mosciolo, the wild mussel of the Conero Riviera, such a uncommon jewel to be protected through a Slow Food Presidium. The traditional menu dialogues in a balanced way with the light colours of the Cerimony Hall and the Restaurant Hall, able to host up to 350 guests.
